Karnataka leads the medal tally with 15 gold medals, followed by Odisha and Arunachal Pradesh.

Karnataka’s swimmers delivered a commanding performance at the Khelo India Tribal Games, amassing over 20 medals and establishing clear dominance in the pool. At the center of this success was Manikanta L, a 21-year-old athlete from Davanagere, who secured an extraordinary haul of eight gold medals and one silver. His achievements not only underscored individual brilliance but also reflected the growing strength of grassroots sports development in India.
