Preparations for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup have intensified following confirmation of the tournament’s official warm-up fixtures. A total of 12 preparatory matches will be staged between June 6 and June 10 across Derby, Loughborough, and Cardiff ahead of the main competition beginning on June 12. Several leading international teams, including defending finalists New Zealand women's national cricket team and South Africa women's national cricket team, are scheduled to participate on the opening day.
