The Surfing Federation of India has announced the launch of the 2026 surfing season with the Little Andaman Pro – National Surf & SUP Championship, scheduled for April 9–12 at Butler Bay Beach. The four-day event will feature India’s top surfers and stand-up paddlers competing in the Senior Division across Surfing and SUP disciplines. Set against the pristine backdrop of the Andaman Islands, the tournament marks a strategic effort to expand competitive surfing in India ahead of the nation’s debut at the Asian Games in Japan.
